Jim Wallace
graduated from Ohio State University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Architecture. He became a registered architect in Texas in 1975. He has won numerous national design awards including a Grand Award in "Builder" magazine, Builder's Choice Awards Program, a Gold Nugget Award from The Pacific Coast Builders Conference and a Best in American Living Award from the National Association of Homebuilders. Mr. Wallace has been a speaker for the Urban Land Institute and at The Multi-Housing World Conference.

Mr. Wallace is presently registered in four states and is certified by The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He is a member of The Houston Chapter of The American Institute of Architects, The Texas Society of Architects, The Houston Apartment Association and The National American Institute of Architects and has served as an appointed member on its National Housing Committee.

Alex Garcia
graduated from The University of Texas in 1980 with a Bachelor of Architecture. He became a registered architect in Texas in 1986. Mr. Garcia is certified by The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and he is presently registered in fourteen states. Mr. Garcia has over twenty-five years of experience specializing in the design and production of Construction Drawings for multi-family projects. He is presently a member of The Houston Fire Departments Multi-Family Committee.

graduated from the University of Texas in 1992 with a Bachelor of Architecture and the AIA Certificate of Merit. He became a registered architect in Texas in 1999. Mr. Wilson is certified by The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and he is presently registered in Texas, Colorado, Maryland and Massachusetts. Mr. Wilson has over twelve years of experience specializing in the design and production of Construction Drawings for multi-family projects.
